Professor Karin Bäckstrand, PI of Transformative Partnerships 2030, gave a keynote address at the Act Sutainable Research Conference in Gothenburg, Sweden, on November 18. The address concerned the democratic legitimacy and effectiveness of Multi-stakeholder partnerships in the 2030 Agenda - the key focus of the Transformative Partnerships 2030 research project.
The conference took place November 16-18 on the theme "Sustainability in times of declining democracy and increasing polarization: What knowledge and actions do we need?" and more information, including the program, can be found on its website.
