Philipp Pattberg co-leads work package 2 of Transformative Partnerships 2030. He is a full professor of transnational environmental governance and policy at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
Philipp's research focuses on institutional constellations in the Anthropocene. Philipp is head of the Environmental Policy Analysis Department at the Institute for Environmental Studies (IVM), Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and Director of the Amsterdam Sustainability Institute (ASI), a platform for interdisciplinary research collaboration among all faculties at VU Amsterdam.
